Marc Goldberg

Based in Paris (France), I'm one of the founder of Maslow Capital Partners (a global merchant bank focused on supporting the growth of European/Israeli CEO's) with over 20 years of investment and operation experience in the technology industry in the US and in Europe. Most recently I was the Managing Director of Bryan Garnier Principal Investments, the founding GP of Occam Capital (sold to Bryan Garnier in April 2009) and a GP and CTO of RVC, the manager of the Reuters Greenhouse Fund, the Corporate VC arm of Reuters. I have been involved with some of the most profitable European transactions (AM Fine, Irium, Mandriva, ID2, MetaMerge, Orchestream, Fantastic Corporation, Tradeum... ) as the RVC-Greenhouse fund was invested in 82 companies and generated 16 IPOs and 30 trade sale,  Occam I was invested in 3 buy-build transactions and generated 2 trade sale, and CFI was invested in 12 companies generating 6 trade sale. Before that I was involved both as an entrepreneur and senior executive in Technology and Product Management in large and small technology companies: Renaissance Software (Sold to SunGard) , Rational Software (sold to IBM for $2.1B), Thales-Syseca (Paris) , KMPG-Nolan Norton (Palo Alto) and Reuters (London).

Maslow Capital Partners focuses on those European/Israeli tech-driven companies that are in their expansion phase and offer unparalleled investment opportunities. Maslow Capital Partners approach is agnostic in terms of investment structure and relies on a deep industry expertise.
